Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Service Technician Bordentown, NJ Salary Range: $24.85 - $37.26 per hour DMC Recruitment Group is on the hunt for a skilled Field Service Mechanic with experience in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) systems, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical work. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing CNG fueling equipment and related systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. You will also be tasked with general maintenance duties at fueling locations, ensuring they remain clean and presentable.
Inspect, maintain, and adjust electrical equipment, wiring, conduit, panels, switches, gauges, and controls.
Inspect, maintain, and adjust mechanical equipment, compressors, pumps, engines, piping, tubing, and valves.
Conduct periodic inspections of CNG fueling locations and equipment.
Detect and correct faulty mechanical and electrical components related to CNG fueling equipment.
Clean and maintain fueling locations, including trash removal, cleaning of equipment, and painting.
Install, remove, and modify fueling locations and equipment.
Update and document all activity and work performed in Field Service Automation software.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Basic Mechanical or Electrical foundation knowledge.
Basic computer knowledge, especially using service software.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and sit for extended periods.
Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
