$110K Base + Bonus + Kilometres + Benefits + RRSP

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager for Western Canada, a key position that will have a direct impact on the company’s expansion in this rapidly growing territory.
What we are looking for:
  • A driven, energetic individual with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
  • A strategic manager who will oversee and guide manufacturing representatives.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit capable of increasing product visibility with wholesalers, boutique stores, and plumbers.
  • A “hunter” mentality, pushing to achieve growth and fostering solid partnerships with wholesalers.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and supporting the company’s manufacturing representatives in the Western Canada territory.
  • Driving growth by building strong partnerships with wholesalers, specialty stores, and plumbing professionals.
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility in key markets.
  • Travelling up to 50% of the time to develop business relationships across the territory.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the building materials or plumbing sector.
  • Proven ability to manage sales teams and drive market growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • A proactive and dynamic attitude, with a passion for fostering business success.
