Neda joined DMC Recruitment from a large international recruitment firm where she also specialized in all things Architecture and Design.Neda is focused in working with her clients and candidates in the Architecture & Design industry working with various search engagements of specific positions throughout North America including; Principal, Director, Senior Architect, Architect, Technologist, Designer, Project Manager and other positions within small to large architecture and engineering design firms within this discipline.Neda grew up in a very large, loud and extremely close family which ultimately contributed to her love for all things people related. After completing her degree in Sociology, Neda began her career in the sales industry. After over a decade of working in a multitude of exciting and differing sectors, she stumbled into the recruiting world, and the rest is history. They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development and Account Manager to join their Toronto team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development and manage key accounts within the architectural walls division.
  • Leverage a strong network of architects, designers, and end users to grow and maintain client relationships.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Participate in industry events, networking, and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the architectural walls sector.
  • Strong network of connections within the architecture and design community, particularly in Toronto.
  • Experience working with furniture dealerships is an asset.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a focus on long-term growth and strong relationship-building capabilities.
