THE OPPORTUNITY
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive profitability: Manage branch financial performance, budgets, sales targets, and operational KPIs to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and develop your team: Recruit, coach, and motivate employees while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Oversee branch operations: Manage inventory, purchasing, distribution, and daily activities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Grow the business: Identify new opportunities, strengthen market presence, and build relationships with contractors, builders, and local customers.
• Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with senior management on business planning, financial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion safety and service: Maintain strong operational standards, workplace safety practices, and a customer-first approach.

WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for a motivated leader with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for developing people and growing a successful operation.

• 5+ years of management experience, ideally within building materials, construction supply, wholesale distribution, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, improve profitability, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer relationship management and business development abilities.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and distribution operations.
• A hands-on, accountable leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
