Responsibilities
- Support purchasing, inventory, and operations teams with administrative activities
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding order status and deliveries
- Assist with freight coordination and logistics administration
- Process incoming shipment and receiving documentation
- Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers across Canada
- Update purchase orders, delivery schedules, and system information
- Review and reconcile purchase orders, freight documents, and receiving paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and shipment updates
- Ensure documentation and system information remain accurate and current
- 2-3 years of administrative, coordination, customer service, or office support experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Grade 12 Diploma
