Compensation: $70,000k - $85,000k + Benefits

This is a full-time, permanent position operating primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required based on project demands.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Opportunity Generation
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and commercial interiors market.
  • Build relationships with end users, general contractors, developers, architects, designers, and consultants.
  • Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and bid opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary resource for clients throughout the sales process.
Estimating & Proposal Management
  • Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documents.
  • Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, quotations, and proposal submissions.
  • Develop compelling RFP responses and presentation materials.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and gather client feedback.
Account & Project Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage customer expectations, timelines, and project deliverables from initiation through completion.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and project outcomes.
Customer Service & Administration
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding products, services, and project updates.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client goals, business practices, and workplace needs.
  • Ensure order accuracy and support internal administrative processes as required.
  • Develop expertise in both company offerings and competitive products within the market.
What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will bring a combination of sales, project coordination, and relationship management experience within a complex business environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, project management, sales, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Experience within commercial interiors, window coverings, furniture dealerships, architectural products, flooring, building materials, construction, or related industries is considered a strong asset.
