Location: Toronto - Hybrid
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus + car allowance + full benefits

We're partnering with a well-established, design-driven organization in the contract furniture and workplace solutions space to find a Senior Account Manager.
This is an existing vacancy managing a portfolio of high-profile national accounts, with a strong focus on deepening relationships, increasing account penetration, and driving strategic growth across Canada.

THE ROLE
This is a senior, client-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, working closely with key stakeholders from Project Managers through to the C-suite.
You'll be responsible for leading account strategy, driving sales performance, and collaborating across internal teams and dealer partners to deliver a seamless, high-level client experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Own and grow relationships across major corporate accounts, becoming the go-to resource for clients
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase share of wallet and long-term partnerships
  • Lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bids, including pricing and presentations
  • Partner with internal teams, dealer networks, and external consultants (A&D, PM firms) to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee contract commitments and act as the senior escalation point for client needs
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and executive-level presentations focused on value creation
  • Drive product adoption by introducing new solutions, leading presentations, and hosting client engagement sessions (lunch & learns, showroom tours, etc.)
  • Collaborate on customized solutions and special product applications to meet client requirements
  • Ensure seamless coordination of orders, installations, and overall project execution
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, CET, and AI platforms to manage pipeline, reporting, and strategy
  • Stay ahead of workplace trends, corporate real estate shifts, and industry developments
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or major account management, ideally within contract furniture, architectural interiors, or a related industry
  • Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of strategic selling methodologies (Miller Heiman or similar is a plus)
  • Confident working across multiple stakeholder levels, including executive leadership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong decision-making and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and leveraging technology to drive efficiency
