This individual will provide direction across the organization while helping shape and execute its next stage of growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>This role requires a leader who can balance strategy with execution.<\/p>\n<p> You will be responsible for setting the direction of the business while remaining connected to its people, clients, market, and day-to-day performance. You will assess opportunities for continued improvement and growth and ensure the right people, processes, and accountability are in place to execute against the organization&#8217;s objectives.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key responsibilities will include:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full ownership and accountability for the P&amp;L, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and overall financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and executing annual and longer-term strategic business plans.<\/li>\n<li>Leading, mentoring, and developing the senior leadership team and broader organization.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing clear goals, KPIs, accountability, and performance expectations across the business.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating organizational structure and ensuring the right talent is in place to support continued growth.<\/li>\n<li>Building a strong culture focused on performance, collaboration, accountability, and employee development.<\/li>\n<li>Providing leadership across sales, operations, project delivery, design, finance, and other core business functions.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and strengthening relationships with key clients, manufacturers, industry partners, and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Working with commercial leadership to strengthen existing accounts and identify new opportunities for growth.<\/li>\n<li>Developing future leaders and creating meaningful succession and professional development opportunities throughout the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Using financial and operational data to make informed decisions and proactively address business challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Who We&#8217;re Looking For:<br \/><\/strong> <br \/>We are looking for an established senior leader who understands how to run and grow a business\u2014not simply one function within it.<br \/> The ideal candidate will bring: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant senior leadership experience within the commercial interiors, contract furniture, workplace solutions, architectural products, or a closely related industry.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing a P&amp;L and making decisions that directly impact revenue, profitability, and organizational performance.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial and commercial acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and executing strategic business plans.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams and future leaders.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to create accountability while maintaining a collaborative and people-focused leadership style.<\/li>\n<li>A strong understanding of sales, operations, project delivery, and the interconnected nature of a project-driven organization.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading organizations through growth, evolution, or change.<\/li>\n<li>Strong industry relationships and market credibility.<\/li>\n<li>An entrepreneurial mindset combined with the discipline required to lead an established organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> The Opportunity Ahead You will be joining an established organization with a strong foundation, experienced team, and meaningful opportunity for continued growth.
