This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, inventory, quality, facilities, and people.<br \/> This is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on operations leader to make a meaningful impact on the business \u2014 improving processes, strengthening the organization, developing teams, and helping position the company for its next stage of growth.<\/p>\n<p> What You&#8217;ll Do: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, including <strong>supply chain, logistics, inventory, warehousing, quality, and customer service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, profitability, and overall business performance.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and monitor KPIs, using data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors, building a high-performing and accountable operations team.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and strategic partners.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee budgets, forecasts, reporting, and operational performance for the leadership team.<\/li>\n<li>Provide oversight of company facilities across <strong>North America and China<\/strong>, as well as third-party logistics providers.<\/li>\n<li>Drive a culture of <strong>continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks to help the organization identify opportunities and protect the business.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee operational legal, compliance, risk management, and product liability matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What You&#8217;ll Bring: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong business mindset with the financial acumen to understand <strong>costs, margins, budgets, and profitability<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience using data and KPIs to make decisions and improve operational performance.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking combined with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.<\/li>\n<li>Deep operational knowledge across areas such as <strong>supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and customer service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with <strong>Asian manufacturing partners\/factories<\/strong> is a significant asset.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with contracts, vendor negotiations, compliance, and risk management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Your Background: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.<\/li>\n<li><strong>10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience<\/strong>, ideally within a distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience managing budgets, costs, forecasts, and operational KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success leading large teams and implementing meaningful operational improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels.<\/li>\n<li>A natural leader who thrives on building teams, improving processes, and driving results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why This Opportunity?
