Following a recent acquisition by a larger construction group, the company is investing heavily in its future by modernizing operations, implementing new systems, and expanding its leadership team.<\/p>\n<p> They are seeking an experienced <strong>Operations Manager<\/strong> to play a key role in improving operational efficiency, strengthening project execution, and helping scale the business for long-term growth.
