Their division continues to experience strong growth, and they are looking to add a Technical Service Representative to support and expand their presence throughout Southern California.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>The Role: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is a highly field-based position where you&#8217;ll be the technical expert for your territory. You&#8217;ll work closely with contractors, applicators, distributors and consultants, helping customers specify, apply and maximize the performance of the company&#8217;s product systems.<\/p>\n<p> <em>Your responsibilities will include:<\/em> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing technical support and troubleshooting on jobsites.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering product demonstrations and applicator training.<\/li>\n<li>Building long-term relationships with contractors, distributors and key industry influencers.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the Sale Representative and product teams to ensure customers receive the highest level of support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, solving problems, and becoming a trusted partner to their customers.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>The Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> We&#8217;re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with a consultative approach. You are confident speaking with contractors and installers, comfortable on jobsites, and enjoy helping customers find practical solutions.<\/p>\n<p> The ideal candidate will bring: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in building envelope products.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Insulation, building science, coatings, roofing or any technical products<\/li>\n<li>Experience with equipment such as Graco, PMC or similar systems is a strong asset.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to deliver technical presentations and product training.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>A self-driven, organized approach with the ability to manage a large territory independently.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel throughout Southern California (approximately 70%).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bilingual in English and Spanish<\/strong>, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers throughout Southern California.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What&#8217;s In It For You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is an opportunity to join an industry leader that continues to invest in innovation, people and long-term growth.
