Our client, a well-established industrial distributor, is seeking a <strong>Distribution Supervisor<\/strong> to lead its afternoon\/evening operation in Regina.<\/p>\n<p> You&#8217;ll supervise a small team of <strong>3\u20134 employees<\/strong> and take ownership of shipping, receiving and order processing during your shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a <strong>Warehouse Supervisor, Shipping &amp; Receiving Supervisor, Distribution Supervisor or Team Lead<\/strong> who is ready for greater responsibility with a stable organization.<\/p>\n<p>And the schedule is hard to beat: <strong>work Monday through Thursday and enjoy a three-day weekend every week.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise a team of 3\u20134 employees across shipping, receiving and order processing<\/li>\n<li>Set daily priorities, assign work and coordinate workflow throughout the shift<\/li>\n<li>Ensure inbound and outbound materials are processed accurately and on schedule<\/li>\n<li>Monitor safety, productivity, attendance and performance<\/li>\n<li>Coach employees, provide direction and address issues proactively<\/li>\n<li>Review shipping and receiving documentation, including partial shipments and back orders<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, customer service and other departments<\/li>\n<li>Ensure drivers and carriers comply with site safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Resolve shipping, receiving and order-related issues before they impact customers<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency and overall warehouse processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This is a supervisory role within a <strong>unionized environment<\/strong>.
