The Right Fit:<\/strong>
The Property Manager reports to a Senior Property Manager or Portfolio Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio. Success in this role comes from strong organization, financial acumen, polished communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.<\/p>\n

An active RECA Property Management Licence is required. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is strongly preferred. This opportunity suits someone who is ambitious and looking to progress into a senior leadership role.<\/p>\n

What You’ll be Doing:<\/strong>
– Manage a portfolio of commercial office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
– Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, contractors, and vendors.
– Prepare operating budgets, review financials, and explain variances.
– Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and preventative maintenance.
– Conduct regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
– Respond to tenant concerns professionally and promptly.
– Partner with accounting, leasing, and operations teams.
– Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n

What You Bring to the Table:<\/strong>
– Active RECA Property Management Licence.
– 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
– Strong budgeting and financial reporting experience.
– Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
– Experience with Yardi, Angus, Building Engines, or similar systems.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
– Professional, polished, and growth-oriented mindset.<\/p>\n
