You&#8217;re comfortable stepping in wherever needed, checking completed rooms, helping prioritize workloads, and ensuring guests consistently arrive to a clean and welcoming space.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>What You&#8217;ll be Doing:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the daily coordination and assignment of housekeeping duties.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas as required.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect completed rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.<\/li>\n<li>Help train, coach, and support housekeeping team members.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor room status and communicate priorities with the front desk and hotel team.<\/li>\n<li>Track housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities and flag replenishment needs.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to guest requests and housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Step into a lead role when the Housekeeping Lead is unavailable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What You Bring to the Table:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.<\/li>\n<li>Previous lead, supervisory, or senior housekeeping experience is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work alongside the team in a physically active role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization and ability to prioritize rooms during busy periods.<\/li>\n<li>Friendly and professional communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Dependability and willingness to support the team wherever needed.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work a hospitality schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What&#8217;s in It for You:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 &#8211; $24.00\/hour.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to build further housekeeping leadership experience.<\/li>\n<li>Supportive, team-focused boutique hotel environment.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on role with variety and responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for continued growth within hotel operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>If This Isn&#8217;t You, But&#8230;.<\/strong><br \/> This sounds like someone you know, DMC has a $500 referral award program!
