This role is all about connecting with clients, delivering exceptional service, and bringing energy and initiative to every interaction.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the go-to partner for customers\u2014building strong, lasting relationships through outstanding service and support<\/li>\n<li>Drive business by generating quotes, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers on product options and solutions that fit their needs<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to new and existing accounts to uncover opportunities, identify key decision-makers, and support ongoing needs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with your teammates in sales, operations, and the warehouse to deliver seamless, accurate service<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the outside sales team to strategically expand market share<\/li>\n<li>Support inventory planning and management based on customer demand<\/li>\n<li>Take on additional projects and responsibilities that make an impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills\u2014both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>A positive, enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn<\/li>\n<li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where priorities shift<\/li>\n<li>Sharp interpersonal and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Solid computer and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Integrity, reliability, and a customer-first mindset<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing (or related experience) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in distribution, plastics, or industrial products is helpful but not required<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year of commercial or sales experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why Join This team?
