Due to continued growth, they&#8217;re looking for a Project Manager to join their collaborative team and oversee restoration projects from initial site assessment through to completion.<\/p>\n<p> The Right Fit We&#8217;re looking for an organized, relationship-focused Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing project management, customer service, and business development. You&#8217;ll be a confident communicator who can build trust with homeowners, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams while keeping multiple projects moving efficiently.<strong><br \/><\/strong><br \/> <strong>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete site assessments, develop project scopes, and prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple insurance restoration projects from initial site inspection through to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Manage project budgets, schedules, profitability, and overall project performance.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and other project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare work orders for dispatch and maintain accurate project documentation throughout each project.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, mitigation partners, and referral sources to support future business opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing restoration, insurance repair, renovation, or construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>Restoration and insurance claims experience is an asset, but not essential for candidates with strong construction project management experience and a willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working with insurance claims and insurance adjusters is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>Xactimate<\/strong> or similar estimating software is highly valued; training can be provided for the right candidate.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative leadership style with a proactive, customer-first approach.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence using technology and adapting to new systems.<\/li>\n<li>Residential construction experience.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with an established industry network or book of business are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Whether you&#8217;re an experienced Restoration Project Manager looking for your next opportunity or a seasoned Construction Project Manager ready to transition into the restoration industry, we&#8217;d love to connect.
