The Right Fit:<\/strong>
The Residential Property Manager works closely with operations, leasing, maintenance, and leadership teams to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.<\/p>\n

This role is responsible for balancing tenant service, leasing activity, operational coordination, and property performance across multiple sites. The successful candidate brings strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills, along with the ability to confidently manage priorities in a busy environment.<\/p>\n

The position suits someone who enjoys working directly with tenants, vendors, and contractors while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability. A strong understanding of residential tenancy operations and property management systems is important for success in this role.<\/p>\n

What You’ll be Doing:<\/strong>
– Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
– Coordinating leasing activity including showings, applications, renewals, and move-ins
– Responding to tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
– Overseeing maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and repair coordination
– Conducting regular property inspections to maintain building standards and identify issues proactively
– Monitoring rent collections, arrears, and lease compliance matters
– Preparing operational and occupancy reports for leadership review
– Working closely with contractors, service providers, and internal departments to support portfolio performance<\/p>\n

What You Bring to the Table:<\/strong>
– RECA license is required
– Previous residential property management experience is required
– Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
– Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
– Professional communication and customer service abilities
– Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities effectively
– Comfortable working independently while remaining collaborative with internal teams
– Experience in leasing, tenant relations, or sales-focused environments is considered an asset<\/p>\n
