The office is based outside of the downtown core, offering an easier commute and a flexible, balanced work environment while maintaining an in-office culture.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>The Right Fit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This role reports directly to ownership and works closely with the Property Manager on day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, recoveries, and overall asset performance.<\/p>\n<p> This is a full-cycle, A to Z accounting role responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties. The position suits someone who takes ownership of their work, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with operations to drive results.<\/p>\n<p> The role offers long-term growth, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the portfolio expands.
