This role is a key point of coordination between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring a high standard of service and accuracy across all interactions.<\/p>\n<p> Based in-office in Vaughan, this position supports both English and French-speaking customers, and offers long term development within a stable, well-run organization. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>The Role<br \/><\/strong><br \/> \u2022 Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries<br \/> \u2022 Manage orders from entry through to delivery<br \/> \u2022 Resolve product issues, returns, and order discrepancies<br \/> \u2022 Provide clear information on product availability, lead times, and policies<br \/> \u2022 Work closely with sales and internal teams to support customer needs<br \/> \u2022 Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts<br \/> \u2022 Support pricing requests, quotes, and inbound opportunities<br \/> \u2022 Build strong relationships through consistent, reliable service<br \/> \u2022 Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention<\/p>\n<p> <strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<br \/><\/strong><br \/> \u2022 Fluent in French and English, written and verbal<br \/> \u2022 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or customer engagement role (hospitality, retail, call center, etc)<br \/> \u2022 Experience in a product-based environment preferred<br \/> \u2022 Strong communication and organization skills<br \/> \u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting<br \/> \u2022 Calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving<br \/> \u2022 Comfortable using an internal CRM system, and Microsoft Office<br \/> \u2022 Team-oriented with the ability to work independently<\/p>\n<p><em>Salary Disclosure Ontario<\/em><br \/>$65,000 &#8211; $75,000 Base + strong company benefits + RRSP matching + PTO<\/p>\n<p> This is a solid opportunity to join a growing business with a strong track record of developing and retaining its people.
