In this senior leadership role, you\u2019ll be in charge of making sure our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our big-picture goals.<br \/>This role is key to our client\u2019s growth. You&#8217;ll work across teams and locations to improve processes, lead strategic initiatives, and make sure we deliver great results&#8211; every time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, including supply chain, quality control, logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies and systems to improve how we work, making us faster, smarter, and more efficient.<\/li>\n<li>Track key metrics and take action where needed to boost performance.<\/li>\n<li>Support and grow a strong team by guiding managers and supervisors to success.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Present clear reports, budgets, and forecasts to the leadership team.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all company facilities, including locations in North America and China, as well as third-party logistics providers.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations to identify new opportunities and avoid risks.<\/li>\n<li>Handle legal and compliance matters related to operations, risk management, and product liability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Ce que vous apportez :<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong business mindset and sharp financial skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using data to guide decisions and improve operations.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of operations across areas like supply chain, logistics, and customer service. Experience with Asian factories a decided asset.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with contracts, vendor negotiations, and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Your Background:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Operations, or a related field (Master\u2019s is a plus).<\/li>\n<li>10+ years in operations leadership, ideally in a similar industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience managing budgets, costs, and forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>A history of leading large teams and driving operational improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for continuous learning and operational excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This is a high visibility position within the organization.
