This central hub role coordinates office administration, customer interactions, inventory management, and operational support to ensure a seamless experience for customers and efficient internal operations across sales, service, and installation. The role reports to the Branch Manager and works closely with sales, service, and operations teams.<\/p>\n<p> Key Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Experience &amp; Front Office\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as first point of contact (phone, email, in-person)<\/li>\n<li>Provide product\/service knowledge, handle inquiries, quotes, and service requests<\/li>\n<li>Support walk-in traffic and counter sales; maintain professional, responsive service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Office Administration &amp; Coordination\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain organized documentation, files, and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate schedules for service, installation, and sales teams<\/li>\n<li>Support internal communication and leadership reporting\/administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping Support\n<ul>\n<li>Create invoices and process payments (counter and account)<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances<\/li>\n<li>Enter bills and support basic bookkeeping processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Inventory &amp; Operational Support\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and maintain inventory levels; conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Support purchasing and ordering decisions; collaborate with operations to ensure availability<\/li>\n<li>Improve inventory processes and data accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sales &amp; Business Support\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in sales flow management, quoting, order entry, and job tracking<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure timely execution of jobs and customer commitments<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to improving close rates and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualifications &amp; Requirements: Required: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in the garage door industry or related building materials industry<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of garage door products (residential &amp; commercial) and service\/installation workflows<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in office administration, customer service, and inventory coordination<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with service scheduling\/dispatch systems<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP or field service management software<\/li>\n<li>Basic financial acumen (AR\/AP, invoicing, job costing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Key Competencies: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer-first mindset; professional and solution-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Operational discipline; detail-oriented and process-driven<\/li>\n<li>Accountability and ownership of tasks<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability in a fast-paced, growing environment<\/li>\n<li>Team collaboration and cross-functional support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why This Role Matters:<\/p>\n<p> This position drives branch-level operational efficiency, ensures consistent, high-quality customer experiences, supports revenue growth through coordination and execution, and maintains inventory accuracy and availability.<\/p>\n<p> Education: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, administration, or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What&#8217;s on Offer: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation and opportunity to grow with a developing branch.
