They are specifically looking for someone with a <strong>strong sales background<\/strong> who can drive revenue, build relationships, and lead from the front while still owning the full operation.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><br \/> You will take full ownership of two locations \u2014 <strong>Acheson and Edmonton<\/strong> \u2014 overseeing both distribution and production functions. This role carries full responsibility across sales, operations, and financial performance.<\/p>\n<p> The business is in growth mode, with a clear objective to <strong>scale significantly over the next 3-5 years<\/strong>. This role will be central to that growth \u2014 driving new business, strengthening existing accounts, and ensuring both locations are aligned and positioned to support expansion.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>What You&#8217;ll Be Responsible For<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full P&amp;L ownership across both locations, including budgeting, forecasting, margins, and cost control<\/li>\n<li>Leading <strong>sales and operations teams<\/strong> (inside sales, outside sales, warehouse, and production) across Edmonton and Acheson<\/li>\n<li>Driving <strong>top-line growth<\/strong> through business development, relationship building, and market expansion<\/li>\n<li>Aligning production, inventory, and sales across both sites to meet demand and improve efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Building and leading a high-performing, accountable team across multiple locations<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a key point of contact with contractors, builders, and industry partners in the Edmonton market<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and executing on growth opportunities within the region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership experience within <strong>Lumber &amp; Building Materials<\/strong> or building envelope products<\/li>\n<li>Strong <strong>sales background<\/strong> with the ability to drive revenue and grow market share<\/li>\n<li>Proven P&amp;L ownership and financial management experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading multi-site operations (or similar scale)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to scale operations while maintaining structure and service levels<\/li>\n<li>Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Leadership Style<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads from the front and is visible across both locations<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship builder, internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven with a focus on accountability<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable balancing growth with operational discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Compensation<\/strong><br \/> $120,000 &#8211; $135,000 base<br \/> Plus bonus, full benefits, car allowance, and RRSP<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Why This Role<\/strong><br \/> This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a <strong>multi-site operation<\/strong> in the Edmonton market.
