They are focused on investing in their people, strengthening their leadership team, and putting the right talent in the right roles to support continued expansion across Canada and into the US. Western Canada is currently an established region, yet has significant untapped opportunity for further grow under the direction of a focused Regional Sales Manager. <\/p>\n<p>They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada (Provinces; BC, AB, SK, MB). Reporting to senior management, the role will suit an individual coming from the specialty flooring industry (dealer channel) who pairs strategic thinking with strong people leadership. You will take a collaborative approach to growing market share, strengthening customer partnerships, and developing a high performing sales team. <\/p>\n<p>The position supports an established team of Territory Managers across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. Some management of remote Reps is required to be considered. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<br \/><\/strong><br \/> \u2022 Lead sales performance across Western Canada<br \/> \u2022 Coach, mentor, and develop the regional sales team, adding additional Reps in high potential markets and segments as appropriate<br \/> \u2022 Support Territory Managers through field visits, customer meetings, pipeline development planning, and ongoing guidance<br \/> \u2022 Work with internal teams to support shared commercial goals<br \/> \u2022 Build and strengthen customer relationships<br \/> \u2022 Set and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth<br \/> \u2022 Improve sales processes including pricing, quoting, and inventory coordination<br \/> \u2022 Develop market specific sales, product, and marketing plans<br \/> \u2022 Review data to identify trends and customer opportunities<br \/> \u2022 Attend industry and promotional events to support customer engagement<br \/> \u2022 Deliver training on sales techniques and product knowledge to the team<br \/>\u2022 Build business cases for additional hires, regional expansion, and other commercial initiatives<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience<br \/><\/strong><br \/> \u2022 This role requires a manager with at least 2 &#8211; 3 years of experience leading an outside sales team &#8211; flooring specifically. <br \/> \u2022 Strong problem solving, commercial acumen, and coaching skills<br \/> \u2022 Ability to set clear goals and hold the team accountable<br \/>\u2022 Flexible to travel as required &#8211; circa. 25% to support the regional team, and attend bi-annual head office sales meetings.<br \/>\u2022 Valid drivers license and access to a dependable vehicle<\/p>\n<p>The compensation package will include a competitive base salary ($140,000 &#8211; $150,000), quarterly and annual bonuses, car allowance, gas, expenses, RRSP matching, health &amp; dental benefits. <\/p>\n<p>This position offers the chance to lead a high potential region within a company that is scaling with intention.
