Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and supporting one another&#8217;s success are central to how we operate.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><br \/> This role exists to help our consultants perform at the highest level possible.<\/p>\n<p> The <strong>Recruitment Manager<\/strong> is a <strong>non-billing leadership role<\/strong> focused on supporting experienced agency recruiters as they grow and scale their recruitment desks.<\/p>\n<p> Working closely with the <strong>Partners, Director, Training Manager, and Recruiter Development Manager<\/strong>, you will help experienced consultants: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthen desk strategy<\/li>\n<li>Improve business development effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Increase placement conversion<\/li>\n<li>Build disciplined recruitment processes<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong pipelines and activity levels<\/li>\n<li>Maximize the commercial opportunity within their markets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You will act as a <strong>trusted advisor, coach, and strategic sounding board<\/strong> for experienced recruiters.<\/p>\n<p> This role requires someone who understands the <strong>commercial reality of agency recruitment<\/strong> and who can help consultants navigate the challenges and opportunities of building a successful desk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will be accountable for<br \/><\/strong><br \/> <strong>Consultant Coaching &amp; Leadership<\/strong><br \/> Supporting experienced recruiters to strengthen their recruitment businesses by improving: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desk strategy and market positioning<\/li>\n<li>Client development and account growth<\/li>\n<li>Candidate pipeline management<\/li>\n<li>Conversion across the recruitment process<\/li>\n<li>Time management and activity discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Performance &amp; Accountability<\/strong><br \/> Helping consultants build structured plans to achieve their goals through: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activity expectations<\/li>\n<li>Pipeline planning<\/li>\n<li>Client acquisition strategies<\/li>\n<li>Desk growth strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Providing consistent feedback and accountability to ensure performance remains strong.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Revenue Growth<\/strong><br \/> Supporting consultants in growing their desks into highly productive recruitment businesses.<\/p>\n<p> A key objective of the role will be helping develop <strong>elite performing consultants<\/strong>, including the development of DMC&#8217;s <strong>first $1M biller<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Leadership Development<\/strong><br \/> Identifying consultants with leadership potential and helping develop the next generation of leaders within the business.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Hiring &amp; Talent Identification<\/strong><br \/> Working with leadership to identify and hire new recruitment consultants who align with DMC&#8217;s culture and long-term vision.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>What We Are Looking For<\/strong><br \/> This role requires someone who <strong>understands agency recruitment at a deep level<\/strong>.<br \/> We are specifically looking for someone with <strong>recruitment agency experience who has held a leadership or management position<\/strong> within a recruitment firm.<\/p>\n<p> You will likely bring: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong <strong>agency recruitment experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience <strong>leading, mentoring, or managing recruiters<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A clear understanding of <strong>how recruitment desks grow commercially<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The ability to <strong>coach experienced recruiters<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A structured, disciplined approach to <strong>performance management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Our Values<\/strong><br \/> Our culture is built around a clear set of values that guide how we operate.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Authenticity &amp; Integrity<\/strong><br \/> We operate honestly and respectfully.
