The business is a <strong>multi-billion-dollar industry leader<\/strong> with a portfolio of well-known brands and a strong reputation across the dealer, contractor, and builder channels.<\/p>\n<p> The region covers <strong>New York State, Maine, Rhode Island and surrounding Northeast markets<\/strong> (excluding the NYC boroughs and Long Island).<\/p>\n<p> Candidates based <strong>near Boston or within easy reach of a major airport in the region<\/strong> would be ideal.<\/p>\n<p> This role reports directly to the <strong>VP of Sales<\/strong> and will focus on <strong>leading people, strengthening relationships, and unlocking the full potential of an already strong market.<br \/><\/strong><br \/> The Opportunity You will take ownership of a <strong>high-performing but opportunity-rich territory<\/strong>, leading a team of <strong>eight sales representatives<\/strong> across a mix of direct employees and independent rep agencies.<\/p>\n<p> The right person will bring the leadership, structure, and energy required to help the team fully realize the potential of the market \u2014 driving performance, strengthening dealer relationships, and increasing market share across the region.<\/p>\n<p> This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. The business is looking for a <strong>visible leader in the field<\/strong>, someone who enjoys ride-alongs, coaching reps, developing strategy, and working closely with customers and partners.
