This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to step into a multi-functional, highly visible role<\/strong> that blends sales support, business coordination, and brand representation within the architectural and design (A&D) community and home builder community.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong>
This is a dynamic role that touches multiple areas of the business:

Sales & Client Support<\/strong> <\/p>\n

  • Support the sales team with quotes, order coordination, and customer communication<\/li>\n
  • Assist with inside sales activities and follow-ups<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate client and project information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/strong>
    Marketing & A&D Engagement<\/strong> <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Coordinate and schedule Lunch & Learn presentations with architectural and design firms<\/li>\n
    • Build relationships with A&D contacts through professional outreach<\/li>\n
    • Assist with marketing initiatives and brand visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Events & Brand Representation<\/strong> <\/p>\n

        \n
      • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions<\/li>\n
      • Support event planning, coordination, and follow-up<\/li>\n
      • Act as a professional and polished brand ambassador in the market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Business Operations<\/strong> <\/p>\n

          \n
        • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes<\/li>\n
        • Coordinate internal documentation and reporting<\/li>\n
        • Support day-to-day office and operational functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong>
          We\u2019re looking for someone who brings a strong combination of professionalism, organization, and interpersonal confidence. <\/p>\n

          • 2\u20135 years of experience in a customer-facing, coordination, or business support role<\/li>\n
          • Polished communication skills and professional presence<\/li>\n
          • Highly organized with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n
          • Comfortable speaking with clients and coordinating meetings<\/li>\n
          • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn<\/li>\n
          • Interest in sales, marketing, or construction\/building materials industry <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Exposure to construction, building materials, interior design, or architecture<\/li>\n
            • Experience with event coordination or client-facing roles<\/li>\n
