About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Volume Sales Building Material Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service to customers while striving to meet and surpass sales objectives. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with both walk-in and telephone clients. You will manage the customer experience from initial consultation to after-sales support, ensuring a seamless process for new builds and renovations alike.
 
Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, ideally within the building materials industry. You should possess strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, accuracy in transactions, and a commitment to meeting sales targets are critical to success in this role.
