Our client is an industry leading expert supplier of Roofing, Insulation and, Waterproofing solutions for both commercial and residential building envelope. 
 
We are currently interviewing candidates for a Winnipeg based Sales Professional. Success in this role requires a combination of core construction technical knowledge, strong communication skills and a results driven mindset to maximize income goals.

The successful candidate will:
 
  • Identify and build relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and building owners seeking custom building envelope solutions.
  • Can understand the specific needs and requirements of the customer and recommend products and solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales/Operations team to maximize a positive customer experience.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with existing customers and prospect for new business with a focus on contractors, builders and general contractors.
  • Be aware of all projects and planned building opportunities within the territory. Understanding industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Have knowledge of the building code. Advise on new changes that affect the products and services offered.
   Our client offers salary with an uncapped performance-based compensation package, Car Allowance, RRSP Match and Medical/ Dental benefits.
