- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the building materials or B2B distribution space.
- Working knowledge of the building envelope distribution eco-system in Quebec including buying groups, contractors, home builders and dealers.
- Proven ability to grow sales, increase market share, and drive team performance.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English – essential for success in this market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret sales data and drive strategic decisions.
