Compensation: Base Salary of $150K + 35% Performance Incentive
Language Requirement: Bilingual – Fluent in English & French

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, driving high performance.
  • Engage directly with key customers and industry leaders to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and position the company for continued expansion.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Ce que vous apportez :
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the building materials or B2B distribution space.
  • Working knowledge of the building envelope distribution eco-system in Quebec including buying groups, contractors, home builders and dealers. 
  • Proven ability to grow sales, increase market share, and drive team performance.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English – essential for success in this market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret sales data and drive strategic decisions.
