As Project Manager, you will oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. You will work closely with insurance adjusters, property owners, businesses, families, and restoration teams to keep projects moving forward while maintaining high standards for quality and customer service.
You will also play an important role in business development. Your existing relationships within the industry and local business community will help identify new opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
At the end of the day, you own your projects. Their quality, communication, and successful completion are a reflection of how you lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through remediation, rebuilding, and completion
- Work closely with insurance adjusters to create a smooth and professional experience for insured clients
- Assess property damage and determine appropriate scopes of work
- Maintain quality control across all stages of each project
- Provide responsive, professional customer service to property owners, businesses, and families
- Lead and direct restoration teams through disaster remediation, cleaning and packing, rebuilding, and project completion
- Create a supportive and accountable environment for field teams
- Manage project priorities, timelines, and changing requirements
- Build on existing industry and business relationships to identify new opportunities and grow the client base
- Represent the organization professionally with clients, adjusters, partners, and the broader business community
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience within the restoration industry
- Hands-on experience with Xactimate
- Established and trusted relationships within the business or restoration community
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping people through challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach to your work
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and priority management skills
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to meet the employer's criminal record requirements
- Availability to participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule
