Located in Quebec and a Francophone, Caroline has a particular skillset recruiting French, Bilingual, and roles based in Quebec and the Maritime provinces.Caroline is a collaborative consultant who puts the well-being of her clients and candidates at the center of her focus and work. Responsibilities:
  • Learn and apply sales techniques to maximize opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with local contractors and builders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Receive mentorship and training to develop expertise in the building materials industry.
Qualifications:
  • Some sales experience in a related field (building materials experience as an asset).
  • Enthusiasm for the building materials / construction industry and a desire to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
