What You'll Do
- Lead warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory, and maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Improve workflows, operational processes, and facility efficiency.
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and teamwork.
- Develop supervisors and support employee growth.
- Manage operational performance, budgets, and key performance metrics.
