We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Specialist with 5+ years of experience in the real estate, residential, or custom home sectors who knows how to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Design, launch, and analyze targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
- Social Media Strategy and Management: Build and manage the company’s social media presence, creating impactful content that resonates with audiences and promotes engagement.
- Market Trends & Analysis: Stay up to date with Canadian real estate market trends to adapt strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Brand Development: Strengthen brand presence across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive message that speaks to our clientele and elevates our position in the market.
- Sales Strategy Integration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, driving revenue through strategic marketing activities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee CRM tools to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and support the customer journey with timely, relevant content.
- 5+ years of marketing experience within real estate, residential, or custom home industries.
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management, social media marketing, and trend analysis.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian real estate market and regional audience targeting.
- Proven success in increasing engagement, brand awareness, and sales conversions.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
