What You Bring:
- Education: Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent technical training
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in interior design technology
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office, with a strong understanding of 3D rendering software
Your Role:
As a vital contributor to the design and execution process, you will:
- Utilize cutting-edge design software to create innovative interior spaces
- Assist in the development of interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects
- Analyze design specifications and technical documents to ensure accuracy in execution
- Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and presentation materials
- Construct 3D digital models to visualize design concepts
- Collaborate closely with project teams to refine and edit design specifications
- Oversee minor project administration tasks to keep projects on schedule
Beyond the Design:
- Assist in preparing proposals and bid submissions
- Supervise and mentor junior design staff
- Monitor and inspect project sites for quality control and compliance
- Contribute to space planning, materials selection, and renovation projects
