As they continue to grow, they need a Directeur du développement to join their development team, reporting to the VP of Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development process from site acquisition through to project completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including planning consultants, architects, and construction teams, to guide projects through design, approval, and construction phases.
- Conduct feasibility studies, and financial analyses, and prepare pro formas to support decision-making.
- Engage with community stakeholders to ensure projects align with local needs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
- A degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate development, with a track record of successfully managing multi-unit residential or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area's planning and approval processes.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
