You’ll act as both business leader and brand ambassador, owning everything from team performance and client experience to visual presentation and commercial success. What You’ll Lead Create a Destination Experience
- Shape and continuously evolve a premium, highly curated showroom journey
- Ensure the space is visually striking, intuitive to navigate, and effortless to engage with
- Translate brand vision into a tangible, elevated in-person experience
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team that delivers polished, knowledgeable, and warm service
- Establish clear expectations and uphold a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality
- Provide real-time coaching to ensure a consistently exceptional client experience
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with designers, architects, and industry partners
- Host events and activations that position the showroom as a hub within the design community
- Act as a credible voice in the industry, staying ahead of trends and market insights
- Oversee merchandising, displays, and product storytelling with a highly trained design eye
- Ensure the showroom reflects a premium, design-led brand at every touchpoint
- Maintain a space that inspires confidence, creativity, and exploration
- Own showroom results including sales, conversion, and repeat business
- Manage pipeline, client follow-up, and project flow with clarity and precision
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, consultation quality, and close rates
- Establish and refine processes, systems, and service standards
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations—from appointments to sample management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen execution and elevate performance
- The showroom becomes a must-visit destination for the design community
- Clients receive expert, personalized guidance that builds trust and long-term relationships
- A high-performing team delivers a consistent, elevated experience
- Strong growth in traffic, engagement, and conversion
- A seamless alignment between brand, experience, and business outcomes
- 5+ years leading a premium showroom, retail, or design-driven client experience
- A background in interior design or a related field, with a strong design eye
- Proven success in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- A deep understanding of customer journey, consultative selling, and service excellence
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance experience and results
- Confidence working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to build structure and drive improvement
- Lead the launch of a flagship, design-led concept with real influence
