The Role
As the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of the Victoria branch, driving both revenue and relationships. You’ll have 8 direct reports, manage operations, and prioritize safety while bringing a personal touch to customer relationships. You’ll lead with energy and innovation to strengthen the branch’s presence and differentiate it in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire your team, fostering a culture of safety, growth, and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee branch operations, including inventory, staff management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch’s revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide personalized, standout service that sets the branch apart.
  • Represent and embody the company’s values, ensuring long-term relationships are nurtured and expanded.
What We’re Looking For
  • A dynamic leader with proven experience in the construction supply or building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Victoria market and existing relationships with contractors are highly desirable.
  • A customer-focused mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the drive and ambition to achieve success and make an impact.
  • Experience managing teams, operations, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Passion for safety, teamwork, and creating a winning culture.
