We’re looking for a versatile Account & Project Manager who excels in both client relationship management and project delivery, specifically in architectural walls. This dual role is ideal for someone who combines sales acumen with strong project management skills to provide seamless service from initial client interaction through to project completion.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for both driving business growth with key accounts and overseeing the end-to-end project execution of architectural wall installations. This involves nurturing client relationships, generating new opportunities, and coordinating project logistics, timelines, and teams to meet client expectations.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, wellness and healthcare spending accounts, and a holiday package that includes time off during the winter holidays. As our organization expands, opportunities for career advancement will be available for those who bring innovation, passion, and commitment to their role.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our thoughtfully designed office, with a flexible hybrid work model that includes time spent at the office, working remotely, and on-site with clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this hybrid role, you will:
  • Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the architectural, design, and construction (A&D) community, as well as with general contractors, corporate real estate partners, and project managers.
    • Actively seek new business opportunities, expanding your pipeline by connecting with industry contacts and staying current with new project announcements.
    • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and collaborating with them to identify solutions using architectural walls.
    • Handle all account activities, from client inquiries and proposals to coordination with internal teams, ensuring timely responses and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Project Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities, ensuring all tasks align with client expectations, schedules, and budgets.
    • Define project scope and lead the dealer/manufacturer team in all project phases, including design, installation, and closeout.
    • Develop work plans, logistics, and schedules to ensure smooth project execution and handle task assignments across the dealer team.
    • Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project, managing all aspects of communication with clients, contractors, and third parties.
    • Oversee the installation process, coordinating with site teams, handling site logistics, and ensuring timely completion and resolution of punch lists.
    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation, including work orders, RFP responses, and quotations, and maintain accurate records for project files.
    • Communicate proactively with clients regarding product options, timelines, and pricing, and handle any scope changes or adjustments as needed.
What You Bring

You are a relationship-builder and strategic thinker with a solid project management background, ideally in architectural walls, interior construction, or related sectors. You’re adept at managing complex accounts, navigating project timelines, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned. Knowledge of technical product specifications, design principles, building codes, and project coordination will be key to your success. Project Management Certification (PMP) or similar qualifications would be advantageous but not required.
You excel in a dynamic environment, balancing client service with project execution. Your ability to foster client trust and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification will make you a valuable team member.
