Jessica grew up surrounded by the Construction industry. Much of her family managed construction companies or worked within the sector, and she was never short of part-time work helping out on various projects. After completing her degree in psychology, Jessica knew that her passion for Construction would eventually bring her back to the industry. Construction Recruitment was an obvious choice to combine both her passion and her studies.Dedicated to the Construction space, Jessica has worked for boutique style recruitment firms as well as a large international recruitment consultancy. This experience has given Jessica a breadth of knowledge and adaptability when it comes to processes, systems, and styles which have allowed her to hone her own approach to both client and candidate partnerships.Jessica’s focus on Construction regularly includes searches including; Director of Construction, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Estimator, Estimator, Site Superintendent, and Coordinators.Her extensive network within the industry and her knowledge of the nuances of the sector allow her to support most other common roles within a construction firm such as HR, Finance, Operations or Business Development positions.
