His experience leading diverse teams has taught him that successful people management is about more than achieving results—it’s about listening, coaching, providing clarity, and creating opportunities for growth. He is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and reach their full potential while building collaborative, accountable, and high-performing teams.
Outside of work mark enjoys spending time with his family, horse riding, paddle boarding and is a junior development sprint & hurdles coach.
