Craig is a people-focused Recruitment Development Manager at DMC Recruitment Group, with a passion for developing high-performing Recruitment Consultants and driving business growth. A strong focus on coaching and mentoring consultants at all levels, developing recruitment strategies and consultant performance while aligning recruitment operations with company objectives. Strong advocate for inclusive leadership, continuous improvement, and performance through empowerment.
Outside of work, Craig spends his time with his wife, 2 kids and their Cocker Spaniel, Maverick. You can usually find them at the park, playing various sports or throwing a frisbee. During the hockey season, he is usually on the couch cheering on the Leafs.
