DMC Recruitment Group, in association with the Western Retail Lumber Association, is conducting out first ever Salary Survey, aimed exclusively at Canadian Sales Representatives and Sales Professionals in the Building Materials Industry.

We are currently conducting an industry wide Salary Survey, with results to be published in April. We are aiming to have the most robust salary survey ever completed for Sales Representatives in the Building Materials Industry.

We strongly believe that there is a need for this type of survey in our industry and are excited by the opportunity to provide this much needed information to our candidates, clients, and all sales professionals in the industry. For businesses, this information can provide useful information to attract, support and retain employees. For employees, this information can help ensure that they are being compensated fairly for the work that they do. In the booming building materials industry, everyone wants to ensure that they are being paid adequately for the work they are doing. With higher and higher demand for building materials products, and individuals working harder than ever, it is natural to want to make sure you are properly valued by your employer. This salary survey is a tool that will be of great value from this perspective, and we hope that you will be a part of it.

If you are a sales professional, we would greatly appreciate if you could spare a few minutes of your time to give us your feedback related to compensation in the Building Materials industry.

All respondents will receive a copy of the results when they are released. If you are not a respondent, but would like to register to receive a copy of the results, head to Salary Survey Results to sign up! We are aiming to distribute this information by April 2022.
