Position Overview:

On behalf of our client, a leader in the building materials industry (Manufacturer), we are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join their team. This role will be focused on sales support, project management, customer service, and administration. The Sales Support Coordinator is accountable for identifying issues and providing effective solutions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail managing customer information and sales data. They will work effectively and collaboratively with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM and sales tracking systems.
  • Support in managing project schedules and follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist with sales documentation and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
  • 2 + years experience in a project management and/or sales support coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales support, construction, or manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with the sales team.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
